Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, our courses are designed around the group of mothers that are attending. Before we begin we collect information around your health, pregnancy, birth, post-partum, and your activity levels through all of these stages. This enables us to create a course that truly meets your individual needs, and can allow us to progress as each week passes. This level of detail isn’t possible in pay as you go classes.

  • Absolutely not, this course meets you exactly where you are. We start with gentle core rehabilitation and pelvic floor work, and move at a pace that suits you.

All you need is to have attended your 6 week check with the doctor, so that they can sign you off to exercise.

  • We have a core set of requirements from our club leaders: Full personal training level 3, Pre and Postnatal fitness qualifications, Level 3 first aid, and a clear DBS check - these are the bare minimum, so you know that the person leading your club is safe and knows exactly what they’re doing that.
We also have the softer qualities: friendly, open, understanding and empathetic - whichever club you attend just know that we all care so much and will be your biggest cheerleader.

  • Getting started is super quick and easy. Pick the location or virtual club from our menu and figure out which course start date works best for you. Once you’ve chosen it is just a few clicks and you’re in the club!

  • Of course, we absolutely love meeting your little ones. As a guide we say baby’s 0-18 months are welcome along to any of our courses. This said we get it; half term, inset days, summer holidays means that your bigger babies might be in tow. If you have older children then please feel free to contact us or your club leader directly to check if they are ok to come along. There is something so lovely about seeing your little ones with your older children!

  • Please do not worry, our club leaders are on hand to help as much as you would like. All mothers just get it, baby’s cry, it’s how they communicate and we wouldn’t love doing our jobs if a baby crying bothered us. This is a judgment free space momma!

  • All of our venues are a good size to allow you to bring as much or as little as you would like.
We provide a big baby mat and toys for the little ones, but we totally get that your baby might want their favourite bouncer or buggy to hang out in, so please feel free to bring anything you would like.

  • We aren’t just any other exercise class for mum’s with babies. Our six week course is designed around you, progresses you each week, gives you weekly health tips through our group chat, and honestly more than anything it’s our community. Our clubs are a magical space where mommas make mum friends for life.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • We love people, and our empathetic nature means you truly get supported on your journey to setting up your own Strong Mommas Club franchise.
