Our birth story…

Strong Mommas Club started after our Founder Lauren had her baby and realised how little proper postpartum support there is for mums.

She was lucky — she already had the knowledge, plus a gym at home. But most women don’t have either. Most are just trying to figure it out as they go, somewhere between cluster feeding, cold coffees, and Googling “when does my core come back?” at stupid o’clock.

And honestly? That didn’t feel good enough.

So, Strong Mommas Club was born. We wanted to create the kind of space we knew so many mums actually needed — supportive, relaxed, properly informed, and completely free from the whole “bounce back” energy.

Because the reality is, no two pregnancies, births, babies, or recoveries are the same. So being handed the same generic postpartum plan as everyone else doesn’t really make sense.

Lauren spent time deepening her understanding of postnatal recovery — everything from pelvic floor engagement and pressure management to lower back pain and rebuilding strength safely after birth — and built Strong Mommas Club around that knowledge.
