What to expect…

The six-week courses are kept intentionally small, so we can really get to know the women in each group and tailor sessions around what their bodies actually need. No getting lost in a big class. No feeling like you need to keep up. Just guidance that makes sense for you.

Over the six weeks, the goal is simply to help you feel stronger, more confident, and a bit more like yourself again — physically and mentally.

And alongside the movement, there’s the community too. Group chats, coffee dates after class, recommendations, support, new friendships… all the stuff that makes motherhood feel a little less lonely.

No pressure. No judgment. No expectations.
